- If you requirement dedicated IP hosting, you can build your own hosting plan or contact our sales team about your upgrade option. RM100/year for the dedicated IP address.

- Can I terminiate the service at anytime?
- Yes. We advise subscribers not to terminate the contract until the end of contract duration because no refund will be made even you terminate the service before the contract ends.
